We live in a logo oriented world when corporations spend millions of dollars to promote their brand name. In line with this trend, I would like to present my personal promotion of the law firm that represents my legal matters:
Curran – A Law Firm with a Heart
This statement requires me to “state my case”.
Several years ago, I was in the process to apply for Medicaid approval for my Spouse to enter long term care. The documentation required was lengthy, time consuming and often emotionally charged as it was about to become life changing not only for my loved one but also for me.
Sean Curran and his Staff guided me with legal expertise that included, in addition to office consultations, visits to my home for signatures by my homebound Spouse and evening calls to answer questions left on the phone after hours.
Lawyers can often be perceived in an unfavorable light. However I can attest from my personal experience that Sean Curran and his Staff represent the highest standard of their profession. They guided me through the complex maze of Government rules, laws and regulations for my legal documents with genuine concern and consideration.
As I advance in age, changes will soon occur on the horizon for me too that will require a different set of legal advice and consultation, and for this reason I am enrolled in the Life Care Planning Program.
The Curran Law Firm has the “X” factor, “something intangible that sets one apart and cannot be put into words”.

MaidmariondesignJanuary 6, 2024.I can not say enough about how thankful my brother and I are for the help we have received from Susan, Lois and Sean for our elderly Aunt. When we first met with them, our Aunt was in the process of moving from an independent living situation into personal care. To our dismay, the care she received after this move was extremely inadequate and bordered on neglect. Susan spent hours helping us find and set up appointments with several other personal care facilities and we were able to move her within a week and a half. Once she was settled in, Lois worked with our Aunt to make sure her will and living will were up to date. Susan and Lois were so caring and patient with both our Aunt and ourselves, they made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. Sean has also been a huge help as we navigate selling our Aunt's property. We have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of guidance and services provided for the care of our Aunt.
